サポートリクエストを提出する際に、システム情報を送信するように求められる場合があります。これを行うには、単に「エクスポート」ボタンをクリックします。これにより、リクエストに添付するページコンテンツのXMLファイルが作成されます。When logging a support request you may be asked to send system information. To do this, simply click the Export button which will create an XML file of the page contents for you to attach to your request.
