概要

レポートの保存メニューには、レポートに適用可能な幅広い設定があります。The Report Save menu has a range of settings that can be applied to the report.

レポート設定

オプション 説明 名前 レポートの名前を指定します。 説明 レポートの目的と内容がほかのユーザーにも分かるように、説明を入力します。 カテゴリー レポートをどのカテゴリーに保存するかを選択します。カテゴリーとして選択できるのは、作成者がアクセス権を持つものだけです。 サブカテゴリー レポートをどのカテゴリーに保存するかを選択します。カテゴリーとして選択できるのは、作成者がアクセス権を持つものだけです。 タグ 検索しやすくするためのタグをレポートに適用します。 レポートアクセス レポートレベルで設定できる2つのアクセス権限オプションは以下のとおりです。 共有: カテゴリーへのアクセス権のあるすべてのユーザーがこのレポートを表示できます。 非公開: 作成者がレポートへのユーザーアクセス権を割り当てることができます。 詳細については、 個人用レポートのセキュリティ を参照してください。

オプション 説明 閲覧ページ 閲覧ページでのこのレポートの表示と非表示を切り替えます。作成者が、レポートへのユーザーアクセスをドリルスルー、ダッシュボード、またはストーリーボード経由にするよう意図している場合は、閲覧ページでレポートを非表示にすることがよくあります。 ダッシュボード ダッシュボード.でのこのレポートの表示と非表示を切り替えます。非常に詳細なレポートの場合は、ダッシュボードで非表示にすることがあります。

title 更新
オプション 説明 更新設定 レポートの中には自動的には更新されず、ユーザーの手動による更新が必要なものがあります。そのようなレポートでは、レポートに表示されているデータが最新のものでない可能性があります。こうしたレポートの場合、ツールバーの下に最新更新日時が表示されます。以下の3つの更新オプションがあります。 何もなし: レポートに更新スケジュールは設定されておらず、データはレポートの実行時に新しく読み込まれます。 手動: このレポートのデータは、ユーザーによって必要なときに手動で更新されます。 期間: このレポートのデータは、スケジュールに従って更新されます。 レポートが 期間 更新に設定されている場合、以下のオプションを定義する必要があります。 Image Added 詳細については、 レポートデータの更新 を参照してください。

title 配信のセキュリティ
オプション 説明 購読設定 このレポートの購読をユーザーに許可または禁止します。 詳細については、 購読 を参照してください。 ブロードキャスト このレポートのブロードキャストスケジュールの設定をユーザーに許可または禁止します。 詳細については、 ブロードキャスト を参照してください。 Webサービス このレポートのWebサービス経由での呼び出しをユーザーに許可または禁止します。 Webサービス名 Webサービス経由で呼び出す場合に使用するレポートの名前を指定します。 電子メール このレポートの電子メール経由での配信をユーザーに許可または禁止します。 詳細については、 共有 を参照してください。 電子メールセキュリティ この設定は、不特定多数のユーザーに対するレポートの電子メール送信の可否を決めるために使われます。以下のオプションがあります。 アクセスなし: このレポートは電子メールによる外部への送信を許可されていません。閲覧するにはログオンが必要です。 許可ユーザーのみ: カテゴリーとレポートにアクセス権を持つユーザーだけが送信可能です。送信にあたって受け手のアクセスレベルがチェックされます。 すべてのユーザー: システムの登録ユーザーであればだれにでも送信可能です。 制限なし: レポートはだれにでも送信可能です。

オプション 説明 アクセス可能なユーザーの一覧 レポートアクセスを「 非公開 」に設定した場合、作成者はここで、さまざまなレベルのレポートアクセスをユーザーに定義できます。

Option Description Browse Page Include or hide this report from display on the Browse Page. Reports are sometimes hidden from the browse page if the writer intended users to access them via Drill Through, Dashboard, or Storyboard. Dashboard Include or hide this report from the Dashboard. Some reports may be hidden from the dashboard if they are too detailed.

title Refresh
Option Description Refresh Settings Some reports do not run automatically and require you to refresh the data contained in them. If your report is not refreshed automatically the data you see when you open the report may be relatively old. The age of the data is displayed under the menu bar. There are three refresh options: None: there is no refresh schedule for the report and the data will be loaded fresh when the report is run. Manually: data in this report will be manually refreshed by the user when required. *Periodically: data in this report will be refreshed on a scheduled basis. If the report is set to Periodically refresh, the following options will need to be defined: Image Removed See Refreshing Report Data for more information.

title Distribution Security
Option Description Subscribe Allow or prevent users from subscribing to this report. See 購読 for more information. Broadcast Allow or prevent users from setting up broadcast schedules for this report. See ブロードキャスト for more information. Web Services Allow or prevent users from calling this report via web services. Web Services Name Provide the name of the report used to call via web services. Email Allow or prevent users from distributing this report via email. See 共有 for more information. Email Security This setting is used to determine whether a report can be emailed from the system to unauthorised users or not. The options include: No Access: the report cannot be emailed externally. All users have to login to access it. Validated Users: only users that have security access to the category and the report. Prior to sending the report is validated against user permissions. All Users: the report can only be sent to people that are registered users of the system. Unsecure: the report can be sent to unregistered users.
